Acing Your Interview: How to Prepare for an Internship Interview

The interview is arguably the most important part of the application process. It is the time when an employer will try to match your resume with a person, will assess your personality and create an initial impression of you. While it may be scary to think that so much rides on one hour of your life, you should think about the limited amount of information a supervisor may have to go on to make a decision. There are many things about you that a cover letter, resume and even letter of recommendation simply cannot revel, so you should be prepared to answer any multitude of questions, role play certain job related scenarios, and essentially sell yourself to an employer.
