Job Description:
Student Ambassadors are student representatives of their school. They enjoy unique leadership opportunities and special advantages for personal enrichment and professional development. Student Ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves as campus leaders, exhibiting the behavior expected of a college representative. Students should exhibit a service-oriented attitude, a desire to meet and greet campus visitors, and a willingness to assist campus guests and prospective students interested in their school. Personal grooming, attitude, habits, and speaking ability should be of the highest caliber.
To be eligible for the Student Ambassador program, students must:

You must be a college student for at least 1 semester prior to applying. (at least 12 units)

Have a willingness to be a student ambassador for two consecutive semesters.

You must be caring, and kind to able to help people.

Extracurricular involvement

Good communication skills

Contacting candidates through call or email

Hosting Q & A boards where visitors ask current students questions.

To be a competent and professional representative of the university in all dealings with customers.

To maintain a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to the university.

For salary each student will get the base rate ($12-15/hour)
