After helping hundreds of people through my successful coaching business, I learned one simple truth. The people that reach their goals have mastered their mindset, aligned their actions and embodied key SEL competencies.

Then one day it dawned on me, "Man I wish I had learned these foundational principles and skills when I was a younger! What a gift it would be to share them with teens all across the World." This led me to create the company Elevate Your Life™.

Elevate Your Life™ is a company that focuses on social and emotional learning and holistic health for teens who want to ensure a successful future and experience happiness in all areas of their life! Here are some of the key focus areas of our company:

• Foundational competencies to increase happiness and ensure success (aligned with the 5 SEL core competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making).
• Simple tools and techniques, backed by research and science, to accelerate teens growth and support them in creating extraordinary results in all areas of their life.
• How to uproot unwanted mental and emotional blocks that will allow teens to unleash their full potential.
• The role of the physical body and breath and the importance they play in maintaining elevated states of being.
• Duplicatable skills that enable teens to take what they learned and apply it in any moment, for the rest of their life!
