Commonly Asked Questions at a Second Interview

After successfully completing your first interview, there is a chance you will be asked to a second interview.

(Most hiring managers do not hire applicants on the spot, rather they either schedule another interview or phone later to offer the person the job.) Bear in mind that while you need to follow the same good grooming and preparation tips used for the first interview, you will also need to prepare for questions you'll be asked at the second interview. Typically, the interviewers want to make you as uncomfortable as possible to test your ability to handle stress or awkward situations. Or possibly they will want to examine other aspects of your personality not easily gauged.
